About The Walk
A leisurely walk along country roads to Stanley Downton. Then across fields to Leonard Stanley, the home of Godsell's cheeses and milk and where the artist Sir Stanley Spencer lived and painted a number of local views. Continuing on to King's Stanley Court Farm, we will stop at ‘The Rest’ café where tea/coffee and a snack may be purchased. Suitably refreshed we will return to Stonehouse via the Cotswold Way and the Stroudwater canal.
No dogs please.
