About The Walk
We set off along a track for Beard's Mill, situated next to the Bristol railway viaduct, opposite the weir on the River Frome. From there we walk across fields to St Michael and All Angels Church at Eastington for our short coffee stop. We then take lanes and field paths towards Frocester and then on to Stanley Downton. Depending on the terrain we'll return via fields or along the canal.
Toilet stop en route.
Some stiles and kissing gates.
Can be very muddy in places if wet.
No dogs please due to cattle in fields.
