About The Walk
Our final walk will include the most scenic parts of the Stroudwater canal in Stonehouse. We will follow the railway path to the vineyard, and join the Cotswold Way to come down to the canal. We return along the towpath past the Ship Inn Community Space and to St Cyr’s church with optional tower tours for the brave! Admire panoramic sunset views from the top and then return via the old vicar’s path to the Woolpack Inn.
The walk will be flat except for steep steps at a railway bridge.
Dogs allowed but not up the tower.
